Gill Family Corp is proud to announce that Kmart will anchor the upcoming St.Germain Hub large format retail centre in Clyde North, Victoria.

Situated within the burgeoning St.Germain Estate, the new retail precinct will feature more than 18,000 sqm of retail and bulky goods space across a wide range of retailers and dining options, creating a vibrant destination for Melbourne’s southeast. As anchor store, Kmart will offer residents an inspiring selection of affordable products from one of its largest format stores.

St.Germain Hub will be ideally located adjacent to the St.Germain Central town centre, which is already home to a full-line Coles supermarket, Liquorland, a soon-to-be-built Aldi, 19 specialty stores, childcare, and over 3,000 sqm of medical and wellness facilities. St.Germain Hub will benefit from 590 metres of frontage to Thompsons Road, providing exceptional visibility and signage exposure, as well as proximity to the Bells Road extension connecting to the Monash Freeway.

Road infrastructure works are currently underway, with building construction scheduled to commence in early 2027.
