At the helm of Timmy’s Fresh are two passionate and proud Vietnamese immigrants, Liem and Jessica, who embarked on their journey as international students. Timmy’s Fresh is the result of their unwavering dedication to their craft. They started out working at Footscray Market. In 2007, when their son, Timmy, was born, they took the massive leap to start up their very own fruit shop in Karingal Hub. Since then, they have cherished the opportunity to serve the local community with their selection of premium fruits and vegetables.
